The older I get, the more I love fall and everything pumpkin. I remember when the all mighty PSL debuted in 2003; I was working for the local Starbucks and was instantly obsessed. Believe it or not, it wasn’t  as much of a hit as it is today. It wasn’t until 2005 that the craze took off. So I guess you can say I was one of the original Basic Bee’s. Ha! This amazingly mellow spiced pumpkin cookie brings to like the notes of nutmeg, clover and cinnamon to life without being overpowering; making it perfect for all levels of pumpkin and non-pumpkin lovers. And yes- there is real pumpkin in it too!
