What better way to close out 2020 with a boozy, buttery cookie? We knew we wanted to bring a boozy cookie to life and went back and forth on which one would work best for this holiday season. This cookie starts off with browned butter and brown sugar, while the Kentucky Bourbon pays homage to my family’s pre-prohibition ties to the blue grass state. The distinctive bourbon flavor showcases itself early, settling down about a day later as the flavors marry and blend so perfectly that you will be reaching for that sauce pan to start your next batch of browned butter!
