I can hear it now - the whimsical music notes, the hustle and bustle, the cobblestone road, the magic in each window shop! When we decided to work on holiday flavors, I knew that this was one that I had to bring to life! Personally, I count Harry Potter as a Christmas film lol!!!  This was a doozy of a recipe to work with, but we eventually got it right: a cookie so magical, it can slap the wand from a Muggle’s grasp! The sweet warmth of its buttery-vanilla butterscotch dough, pockets of butterscotch chips, and scattering of English toffee bits will leave your mouth in awe. This recipe will certainly be a catch!
