My obsession with s’mores started with my first ever childhood crush, Benny “The Jet” Rodriguez. If you’re a 90’s kid, you’ll know who I’m talking about. There is nothing better in life than sitting around an open fire roasting ‘mollows and making these ooey-gooey sandwiches. Now, that I’m a mama (and in charge of doing the laundry- ugh), I was looking for a mess-free way to enjoy this special treat. This cookie starts with a soft honey graham base and finishes with mini chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
